How the Stories from the Web® team work:

The Stories from the Web® team work hard to ensure the website is a safe environment for young people by:

  • developing content suitable for the intended age range in each area of the website.
  • reading and moderating all the contributions of stories, poems, book reviews, comments and other creative writing received from young people before displaying them in the Gallery.
  • editing all work received from young people to ensure there are no personal details included e.g. surnames, addresses, telephone numbers, email address, names of schools etc to protect the identity and whereabouts of people using the website. The team will change or edit work wherever necessary.
  • evaluating all publisher, author and other book related websites that Stories from the Web® has external links to. We do not link to other websites.

Remember Stories from the Web® is waiting to display your work in the Stories from the Web® Gallery - so get writing!
