Review of Blabber Mouth by Morris Gleitzman

Opinion of the plot.
It's good because it's from the point of view of a girl our age who cannot speak. She uses sign language to communicate.

Favourite character and why?
Rowena Batts. She was the main Character and even though she couldn't speak, she had a great personality!

Who will the book appeal to most and why?
9, 10, 11, 12 year olds.

Would you recommend the book and why?
Yes because of the way it is written and the point of view it is from.

Could any improvements be made and how?
NO. We really enjoyed it!!!


Review of Puppy Fat by Morris Gleitzman

Opinion of the plot.
This story is about a boy whose parents have split up and have just let themselves get fat. Keith is trying desperately to get them together with another person.  Good job Aunty Bev. and Tracy are coming.

Favourite character and why?
I like Dad because he is funny and Keith because he is always in a hurry and makes me think of me.

Who will the book appeal to most and why?
I think anyone who likes funny stories.

Would you recommend the book and why?
I would recommend this book to a person that has a good sense of humour.

Could any improvements be made and how?
No, because I enjoyed reading it very much.


Review of Toad Rage by Morris Gleitzman

Opinion of the plot.
It was an absolutley brilliant and extremly hillarious story and I liked the idea of toads and why humans kill them.  It's a funny adventure, has everything a story could ever need and I think it's brilliant!!!!!

Favourite character and why?
GOLIATH!!!!!  I think he is sooooo funny, I also like Limpy.

Who will the book appeal to most and why?
I think between 8-13 years old, but I also think that anyone who's in for a funny adventure should read it.

Would you recommend the book and why?
YES!!!!!!!!!  It's really funny.

Could any improvements be made and how?
NO, IT'S BRILLIANT!!!!!!!!!
