Being Kind graphic
You can make the world a friendlier place.

Stop the Bullying
What can you do?
Don't join in! Don't get involved with bullying or racist taunts.
Read about people who are different to you, it might help you to see their point of view.
Understanding each other is the first step to a kinder world.

Be Polite and Helpful:
What can you do?
Make other people's lives just a bit easier by helping them when they need it.
Hold the door open for someone struggling with shopping, buggies etc.
Ask if there is anything you can do to help at home.
Don't drop litter, it just means that someone else has got to clear it up!

Smile!

What does it mean?
Racist

Governments try to stop people being unkind by passing laws that make it illegal to pick on other people because of their differences. So if you pick on someone because their skin is a different colour from yours, or if they come from a different country you are being 'racist' and that is against the law.

It is also illegal to pick on someone because they have a disability, because of their gender (male or female) or because of their age.
