Youth Inforamtion is run by the National Youth Agency - There is a network of places for you to go for help. There is a list here of Information, Advice and Counselling specially for young people, where you can get help from freindly, understnding people.

Drugsline is an independent drugs crisis, information and support charity based in London. It provides free and confidential information and support for people with drugs and alcohol related issues, their families and friends.
